Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the courier for return; however, in many cases, you'll receive your refund more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for your return to reach us from the courier (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once it's received (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (5-10 business days).

If you need to return a product, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the "Return Items" button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product.

We can ship to almost any address in Egypt. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your products and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.
